Why don't I receive my inquiries?

When someone inquires on your ad, we email the inquiry to the email address on your account. If you are not receiving your inquiries, then:
  • Please double-check your email address (go to "my account," click the "Account" tab, and click "Change contact info" to see what email we are sending to).

  • Send yourself a test inquiry on your ad.

  • If you don't receive the test inquiry within 2 hours, then your spam blocker is probably preventing you from receiving inquiries. You might have to add to your address book so that you can receive your inquiries. Consult your software or your ISP to find out how to prevent your inquiries from being spam-blocked, or read our FAQ on spam blocking.
