This is a 1992, 31' ft Dutchmen Classic Travel Trailer with LESS THAN NORMAL wear on interior and exterior; including lights / ELECTRIC jack / tires. Covered during winter months. NON-SMOKING - GOOD CONDITION. The Camper's EMPTY GVW is 7000 lbs. We pull this camper with - a Dodge Ram 2500 / Hemi. If you are unsure if your vehicle can tow this camper you should check with its manufacturer.
FRONT KITCHEN with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, table which converts into a (full) bed and wood cabinets. All appliances in good working condition.
SLIDE OUT is 7' ELECTRIC & MANUAL (backup) slide-out (middle of camper) that opens up the camper beautifully. The slide-out houses a couch , which folds into a (full) bed. FULL BATHROOM with shower/ GARDEN Tub, sink, Wooden Medicine Cabinet with mirror and toilet. ALL in good working condition PLUS 2 closets, including a full length mirror. MASTER BEDROOM is located in back and has it's own entrance with a queen size bed. Bed stand / storage on each side of the bed and wooden storage cabinets that have frosted/etched glass above the bed. Tons of storage under the bed.
ALL HOOKUPS for water, sewer, and electric and also has an 40 gallon (grey & black) tank for and 20 gallon fresh water if you are being portable.
