? member of Durham Pony club to level C equivalent to Rider level 3 ? years of show miles from schooling, trillium and “A” level venues ? experience with training and developing ex race horses into quality riding horses ? knowledge/experience with quarter horses and the racing industry ? strong background and training in Dressage
