There is something magical about the bond between a horse and a child. We believe that horse can help to build a childs self esteem when riding. The program allows for creativity, assertiveness, leadership, teamwork, and positive relationships.
Peele Court Stables has a wonderful selection of safe and well trained horses. We also have two experianced and accomplished instructors who are capable of training even the most timid rider to the advanced rider. Our lesson program is designed to enhance the riding skills of a rider of any level and at any age. We instill confidence and poise, teach safety and important communication skills with the horse as well as the instructors. Most of all the lessons are designed to have fun!
PCS's riding program has the reputation of the safest in the area. While safety remains a constant priority, we are striving to produce better balanced and effective riders. We have put into place a staff of new and familiar faces to offer our student riders a progressive education to become more accomplished equestrians. Our focus will be balanced seat instruction in the English/western disciplines offering jumping only to those who are solidly prepared on the flat. Jumping will be optional and at the discretion of the instructor. Western lessons are available upon request.
