PCS just hired on two new instructors. We will be offering Summer camps and lessons at an affordable rate as well as the keeping the same laid back, fun, family automophere as always. Lessons prices range from $20-$35.
~Summer Camps Mini Camps are $100/wk ~8am-12pm or 1pm-5pm Full day camps are $200/wk ~8am-3pm daily Mon-Fri ~Special arrangements can be made for parents that need to leave thier children longer due to work, etc- We will have afternoon activities scheduled that the kids can participate in for an extra $50/wk ~We will be offer a few summer camps for youth ages 8-16yrs. ~Price is $200/wk ~includes: ~Daily ground lesson hands on teaching about horses and horse care. Examples: Horse 1st aid-Bandaging legs-etc ~Daily mounted lessons for a min of 1hr ~Fridays are show days. Show the parents what you have learned ~AM feeding and instruction on what is involved with the care of horse. We will offer lesson to suit most any need. If it is Hunters, jumpers, western pleasure, Games, halter, showmanship, or eq pattern classes or main focus is a good balanced seat and our horsemanship skills. I believe that a saddle is just that. A SADDLE. A real Horseman can ride ANY horse at ANY time on ANY saddle(even bareback) and perform the same in all regardless of the tack used. Equipment can never make up for the lack of good skills and hard work. But most of all it should be FUN! What we have to offer the students: ~safe show quality horses that have been tested and proven to be kid-safe ~Swansea 4-H Saddle Club will also be accepting new memebers in Sept 2009 ~this offers FREE education to the youth of the area. If it involves horses we will teach it. ~4-H summer camps ~4-H state show ~Many other events and competitions available to youth in the area ~Quailify for scholorships! ~You are not required to have a horse to join. ~PCS Show Team ~Showing for all levels from beginner to AQHA/PSJ shows ~We attend local circuits as well as A to C rated PSJ Shows- We have a few AQHA shows on the schedule for the students that own or lease a quarter horse. ~Fees are kept reasonable and affordable ~Our horses are not only safe but have also been picked based on thier breeding, attitude and movement. So not only will the kids be safe showing they will also have a great competitive edge. If they are willing to work hard it will pay off.
~Horse Leases ~If you find a horse that suits you and you want to ride anytime or day of the week we offer leasing. Prices start at $90/month for half lease and $150/month for full lease. If you would like your horse stall boarded during the lease it will be an extra $100. ~Payment Program ~you find a horse at PCS that you fall in love with. You have leased them and decide it is the horse for you. PCS provides a payment program to help you be able to afford that perfect partner you have been dreaming of.
~Plus much more! ~Horse Traing Rides $15/ride ~If you don't want to lease a horse, but want the extra time riding you can schedule a non-instructed-training rides. This is only for current lesson students. ~We are expanding and we would like a few people to join us. At PCS Family and Kids always come first.
