Coming soon to Pritchard's Pride stables! September 14th 2009. Riding lessons. We specialize in recreational and competitive trail lessons. ARIA/ARICP certified instructor will teach you all aspects of horsemanship to those who ride for pleasure and recreation with an emphasis on safety, a balanced seat, and a caring and responsible attitude toward the horse. May be English, Western or both. Includes instruction of beginners, the first-time horse owner, recreational pleasure and trail riding and those returning to riding who need a refresher. All lessons are complete and include all aspects of horsemanship, feeding, routine care, ground work, safety and tack. Emphasis on fun partnership for you and the horse. Starting in June of 2010 we will be starting our competitive trail riding team! We also offer trouble shooting for owners of horses with specific issues such as: trailer loading, tying, head tossing, pawing, leading, stiffness under saddle and spookiness. Lessons are reasonably and competitivly priced. Group lessons, no more than four riders to a class. MON WED FRI Three Adult classes during the day. 10am 12pm and 2pm $30 an hour on our horses, $20 an hour on your horse One Child class offered after school at 4:30 pm $30 an hour on our horses, $20 an hour on your horse.
Private lessons offered on TUES and THUR 9am 11am 1pm and 3pm and 4:30pm Private lessons are $45 an hour on our horses. $35 an hour on your horse.
