The First Steps Horsemanship focuses on building a trusting and respectful horse/handler relationship--if your horse respects and trusts you on the ground then he/she will do the same in the saddle. The First Steps Horsemanship is dedicated to teaching both horse and handler the essential fundamental skills that are needed to establish a lifelong respectful and unbreakable bond. We specialize in weanlings but will gladly take on horses of any age and any breed! The First Steps Horsemanship travels to you so you don't have to worry about expensive hauling and boarding fees. We can do a weekly hour long training lesson for you and your horse, or a day long session. *Ask about our lesson packages!
