We exclusively offer western riding lessons and barrel racing lessons. Horsin’ Around Farm is an instructional riding facility geared towards pleasure riding rather than competition. We offer private lessons as well as group lessons. Group lessons are no more than 3 people at a time and must be scheduled once each week for a discounted rate.
Our program allows students to build upon skills and progress at their own pace. This program provides a solid foundation including learning to handle the horse from the ground, properly groom and tack the horse, and the basics of balanced seat riding in the Western disciplines. We have brought many students through our program with the ultimate goal of owning their own horse and have taught them all aspects surrounding ownership as well as helped them to find an appropriate first horse.
