I dont know the maker of this saddle. I have had it for a long time and it has been kept in my house at all times! I have used it many times and it seems to be in riding condition. It measures 14" from wither back of opening but 17 1/2 inches from buckle to back of seat. None of the straps are broken and the girth is included. It was used on a hackney/arab. I have and can get more photos if needed. I have been using it as decor in my home for the last few years. We do not smoke in our home and the saddle has not been exposed to cats. shipping is included in the price
