This is a 16" Billy Cook Cutting Saddle. It has roughout seat, fenders and jockeys. It has hand tooled pommel, cheyenne roll, buckstrap and skirt. It sits on a Qh bar 7" gullet. It also has rawhide trim on the horn and cheyenne roll edge. Very nice saddle, ready to ride. Fleece is in excellent condition as well. Asking $700 the saddle lady 704-960-4617
