I tried out several Bob Marshall saddles that my barn mates own. I liked them and ordered one for myself. When it arrived it had several defects. These include: dried glue dripping out of 2 seams, center line stitching was crooked and made the saddle twist, color was mismatched, one leg guard was slashed, padding on the underside of the saddle was uneven and made the saddle sit crookedly, and the stitching around the underside padding was irregular. After several calls, I returned the saddle. The company stated there was nothing wrong with the saddle and have refused to reimburse my money. Very poor customer service and to date, no resolution.
Had anyone else had this problem????
