I have decided to sell my custom built Round Pen Western Saddle. Hand crafted custom built western pleasure saddle. It is a RP Stamped ( Round Pen ). A gentleman in Litha, Flordia builds a few saddles a year, and this is one of them! He uses top quality craftsmanship and leather products. I bought it used years ago from some friends that paid about $1600 new. It is a great working, training, and trail saddle. The black swede seat is extremely comfortable. The skirt is rough out leather. The tree is full quarter horse bars. From inside the leather (near the concho) it is about 7 1/2 inches. The seat is a 16 inch. The skirt is 24 1/2 inches. The tree is fiberglass and solid. It weighs about 35 pounds. The fleece is in like new/excellent shape. The rings on the cantle are designed to hook to your breast collar - to allow your horse a greater range of shoulder movement and make flexion, spins and maneuvers more comfortable. Stitching is tight. There are a few minor scuffs on the leather but they are superficial and do not effect the integrity of the saddle. Also, on the horn a small amount of the rawhide is worn off, but again will not effect the saddles function. You will love this saddle!
