Looking for a 16" English saddle

I am looking for a 16" english saddle. Prefer it to be black. Would like it to come with stir-ups, leathers, girth and possbily bridle (black). Must be under $300. Or can trade, I have a 15" western saddle. FQHB. Comes with brand new girth and used back cinch. Also have a cross over bridle that comes with it. (Pic's available)
