This is an old time J.C Higgins High Back Western Saddle. It has a 15 inch seat, the saddle length is 23 inches. It is in good useable condition, the rigging leather and rings and string ties have been updated. It has original wood stirrups and leathers and wool fleece lining and it has the JC Higgins stamp.
