I am looking to lease/lease option a house in N. Dallas with acreage and prof. horse set up. I train so it must be able to accomodate several horses.
Needs to have large arena outdoors with sand footing 200x300. Lights a plus, indoor arena a plus! Must have fenced pasture and corrals and barn.
House min. 3bdrm, would like guest apt or mobile also...pool great! Central air/heat...needs to be bright and airy.
Within 45 min to Dallas.
I want to be able to buy the house in the future so you must be open to selling. Rent-sales price depends upon property.
