PLEASE HELP!! Single lady w/teenage daughter looking for a Farm to Rent/Rent To Own. Would be willing to put a down payment on the right property. Must be set up for horses and have outbuildings. House, Barn & Garage are important, must be at least 10 acres, pet friendly as we have a cat. Will consider all other properties though if they are setup right. Would prefer it to be no more than 1 hour from Nisku/Leduc if possible, but will look at others if route is good. Have all equipment to keep things nice and well looked after. Have been a farm girl most of my life and know how to look after things. If you have or someone you know has what is listed above, please contact me immediately!
