Our house is a Garrison built in 1999 with vinyl siding and tip out windows for easy cleaning. Large master bedroom w/ a large closet, 2 bedrooms that are good size, 2 full bathrooms, garage, Fully finished over the garage, kitchen, dining room and a 1st floor living room/office. Large shed on 0.44 acres. Back yard has a nice doggy daycare area. Basement has carpet. Great on oil because I have sun all day. Hot Tub (not sure if it stays) The yard has flower gardens and a veggie garden out back. Neighborhood is nice and very safe. I have one of the nicest lots. There is a playground 3 houses down along with a basketball court yard a pond and in the winter the men are playing hockey. Shaws is a couple minutes away. If you are interested please contact me!
