The land we've been leasing to pasture our nine horses has been sold to a developer, and we need to find another place to lease ASAP! A barn would be a plus, but not required.
Because we have 9 horses, we would need 12 acres minimum, 15+ would be ideal.
It would need to have year-round water (ponds, creek, or working pump where we could fill troughs).
Let me stress: it doesn't have to be fancy. Most cattle leases would accomodate our horses just fine. We ride / train / check them daily. We would handle all upkeep of fence and facilities, and can fix older fence / replace old posts / replace missing sections if you have the right property. Very happy and able to keep facilities in working order for you.
Can provide vet reference or anything you need to feel comfortable. Since we will be on the property on a daily basis, it needs to be a close drive for us: Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Hermitage, Laguardo / S. Gallatin.
