Thank you for taking the time to read the ad. Here are the requirements I am looking for in a horse property to rent/lease with option to buy.
Property must have: 10+ acres 5+ horse stalls Indoor arena and/or outdoor arena House or Apartment on sight with at least 2bed 1 bath Allows dogs Prefer around Lexington, Louisville, or bowling Green area. But if it is within 20 minutes of those areas with a lot of horse traffic I would look into the properties. Turn out paddocks/pasture Stallions allowed Not necessary but would love to have: Hay storage barn Extra arena Pastures Lighted outdoor arena Sprinkler system if indoor arena pool for people pool for horses Price to rent/lease I would prefer to stay under $2500 for everything included for the right place(the whole property with all horse stalls). If buying I need to have it preferably under $100,000 for the right place.
