Roommate wanted to share 20 acre boarding facility in Balzac.
$1500 includes – Rent, utilities, wireless internet, satellite and one horse. Can negotiate rent or additional horse if you are willing to share chores. Facility has large outdoor arena, barn, round pen, various paddocks / pastures. Full use of 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house, with your own rec. room. Prefer no indoor pets (only because I have 2 cats and a dog already) – but will consider one that can play nicely with others.
2 minutes from the Calgary boarder – 5 minutes from the new Balzac mall – 20 commute to downtown.
Available Sept 1st.
