I have a room for rent on my 26 acre farm. In exchange for daily feeding of horses and generally keeping an eye on the farm and the horses in my absence I would be willing to reduce the monthly rent from $350.00 to $250.00. I work away from home m-f and would like a responsible person to make sure the horses and a few cattle are safe and cared for m-f while I am away. Horse feeding routine only takes about 5-10 minutes per day (no watering involved) Rent includes utilities, satellite tv, unlimited long distance calls and use of kitchen and laundry facilities.
