2004 bay off-track thoroughbred mare, standing at 16.2hh, seeks confident and quiet rider to bring to full potential. Chinnook Wind has been started over fences and has been schooled to .90m. Scopey and careful enough to eventually jump 1.10m/1.15m. Flatwork is developing nicely. She shows strong potential for eventing, hunter/jumper, or a good all around horse.
Chinnook is physically sound, stands well for the farrier and vet, bathes and trailers problem free, and exhibits no vices. She possesses an intelligent mind, a willingness to learn, and a good work ethic. Chinnook has been stalled but prefers living outside in a herd environment.
This is a quality Thoroughbred. Chinnook's well bred (Storm Boot X Affirmable (Affirmed)), has great conformation and solid bone; would make a lovely addition to a thoroughbred or sporthorse breeding program.
