They are 97% cotton and 3% Lycra. Slimming side seams won’t add width and the u-shaped mid rise t is shaped for women’s curves. Reverse yoke and vertical back pockets fight the visual effects of gravity for a narrower rear view. The curved waistband keeps jeans from gaping in the back. Boot cut fits over any shoe or western boot. Most importantly, flat seams reduce rubbing and chafing. Interior knee pads add extra comfort and grip.
