Dimensions of portable barn are 12x12. I believe there are 3 heavy duty rubber mats in there (also included-good ones!). The brand of this modular shelter is Horsemens Choice by Behlen Country. I have all the paperwork including receipts. It has an overhang in front; sliding front door (can be left open or closed); feeder door. There are no nails to this building, it uses screws. Very easy to put up and take down. As you can see, after selling the horse we are using this for storage!
