The animals we raise are feed a diet of pasture and dry hay, no grain or grain based products are used. The environment for the animals is stress free and they are given all of the clean fresh water they can drink. We sell grassfed Jersey/Holstein cross beef, this beef is two to four times higher in O-Mega 3 fatty acids than grain fed animals, higher in CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)which may be one of the most potent defenses against cancer and is also higher in vitamin E.
