Here is a Circle Y breast collar that is in excellent condition. It has been laying around my house for the last couple years. There is some tarnishing on the middle piece. I have not tried to remove it because I don't know what to use to get it off.It was tarnished when I bought it. When it is on a horse you can not tell that there is any tarnishing on it what-so-ever.
