Semi -Privete Training Breeding Boarding Operation, 22+/- head, needs a party or couple to clean stalls feed and turn out horses on a daily basis. Also light repairs and genral grounds work.
Perfect for one or two working students or a couple were one party works off farm for extra income. Approx 5 hours of early morning work a day in barn, if the person is experianced horse person and is a very organised steady worker.
IN exchange for rent on Very Large Studio appartment with seperate living room ,kitchen and bed areas. Larg full bath and walk in closet. Heat and electric included!
One horse can come free, additional horses we can talk about. ( if two working students come togther they can each have a horse. And share living quarters.)
