Hi,
We have a really nice extra Large studio appartment, on a really nice farm with park like setting and with privite lake. We would like to find a party(s) to exchange the rent on appartment plus utilitys, for work done early A.M. 4/6 hours per day ( depends on your work habits/ abilities) feeding, cleaning stalls and turning out horses and help with small matainace stuff as needed. We have a very nice semi privite training barn with indoor, which stall area is heated in winter. And we are looking for parties who will be an assset to our team here and enhance our operation.
We are a non smoking , drug and drink free farm, and our customers and owners/ trainer and staff are very knowlageble and a lot of fun!
If you are a Steady personality ,reliable hard worker and self starter with some strong basic horse skills we would love to talk to you about an work exchange. We have several nice horses for a working student arrangement too if needed or can keep one horse for you too. We at this time do not have income to pay any salery.
