The position of part time groom has just opened at Horses in Harmony! We are proud of oour current employee getting into her nursing program, but sadly have to find her replacement.
The "Experienced Groom/Farmhand" position is now open at Horses in Harmony!
The hours are as follows:
Monday - 7am - 5pm(1 hour for lunch) Tuesday - 7am - 1pm Wednesday - 7am - 1pm Thursday - 7am - 1pm Friday - 7am - 1pm Saturday and Sunday - Off ***THESE HOURS MAY BE FLEXIBLE *** Pay - $272/Week - Paid Weekly (More hours available if needed!)
Prefer local person, non-smoker. MUST be hard-worker, reliable, self-starter and able to lift up to 70lbs. Working outside - so must be OK with the heat, humidity and rain! Lots of "hands on" with the horses (grooming, bathing, medicating, worming, standing for vet and farrier etc) - so if you are not comfortable with any of these duties, this may not be the position for you.
References required and we randomly do background/drug checks.
When you come for an interview, please be prepared and dressed appropriately to handle/groom horse(s) to display your level of experience.
