Hi there! Minard Family Horse Transport here. We do nation-wide horse transportation.

We are based out of IL and have all newer equipment. A new 2008 truck with On Star and emergency vet care at all times, and 4 horse slant load gooseneck trailer. The trailer can be converted into box stalls upon request for weanlings or minis. The trailer is 7 feet tall.
We stop every 3 hours for a minimum of 15 minutes to check the horses water and hay supply and to allow the horses to rest and go to the bathroom (Horses usually will not urinate in a moving trailer). Water is supplied throughout the trip in installed rubber buckets in each stall. Hay is also supplied throughout the rip. Electrolytes (if needed) and shavings are provided free of charge.
We specialize in 1 to 4 horse loads. This provides for a less stressful and more personalized caring experience for the horses. We believe the horses comfort level and condition are the highest priority. We are fully insured and have our DOT and MC #'S.
