Chanel Green 157 Highland Pr. Rd. Old Monroe, MO 63369 636-295-3284 My name is Chanel Green I am 19 years old. I’ve been riding horses since I was 4 years old and got my first pony. I started training and lessons at the age of 7 at Wright Equestrian until I was 9 then switched to a place called Ridge Creek Ranch. At home I rode western while in lessons I rode English. I was training for hunter jumper and was in many flat classes. At the age of 10 I was entered in a hunter jumper class and won grand champion and was the youngest rider to compete. When I was still with Ridge Creek we competed in a local show in where my riding teacher from Wright Equestrian competed in the same class as me English pleasure and I out placed her. At the age of eleven I got a 3 year old quarter horse and wanted to learn how to barrel race. I took lessons and trained him myself and competed in small shows mostly in Missouri. I have experience with breaking and training green horses also. And was suppose to have a job here in my home town but the family ran into tough times and could not afford to pay me. When I went off to college my mom decided to sell my horse because I would not be home to ride him and take care of him myself. I miss riding and taking care of horses because it was such a big part of my life. I would be willing to move if I can find a place to stay for the rest of the summer and maybe school year. I am majoring in business marketing and go to Central Methodist University on an academic and volleyball scholarship, but I think I want to change my major, but all I want to do is train and work with horses. I would be willing to travel and possibly move if I can find a place to stay, because I might decide to work until I figure out what I really want to be. I hope I can help out.
