I am looking to rent a barn at least 3 stalls. small, backyard type situation is fine. I plan on doing total up keep of the barn. I also plan on supplying my own hay and grain. There needs to be a riding ring or trails at least. big turnout to ride in is fine to. willing to pay $100 per stall or more if the facility is more then sutibale
