Tyndall Ranch is a 16 acres full board facilty at the very north border of Wesley Chapel. I have a total of 7 stalls in two barns, 4) 16 x 16 and 3) 12 x12. I have 4 large pastures with 2 horses per pasture, so there is NO overcrowding. I have 1) 12 x 12 stall open, and ready for your horse. There is a 230' by 150' open riding area (w/plastic barrels), round pen, marked wooded trails, and a area we call "the playground" with tires, logs, tarps can be put up, to train a young horse. Automatic waterers, tack room, bathing area, mineral blocks in all pastures and stalls, shelters in all pastures, turnout is 8-10 hours per day, Summer time they are in during the day and out at night, this keeps them out of the harsh summer sun, winter they are out during the day and in at night. 2 feedings a day of quality (lakeland) sweet/pellet mix grain, and tifften hay, approx. 2 flakes or more per feeding. Bran and oil once a week, treats, owner lives on premises. The facility is on a dirt road, so there is miles of riding, or trailer to a local equine park. Very quiet/peaceful environment.
