We care for and treat all horses as if our own and provide a higher level of service. Offering inexpensive boarding with exceptional care. We provide a peaceful setting for your horse with attention to the details. Each horse is treated as an individual with customized handling and care. OUR FACILITIES: • We are located in Balzac, AB • 2 minutes North of Calgary • 2 minutes South of Airdrie • 10 minutes North/West of Moore & Company Veterinary Clinic • 10 minutes from the new CrossIron Mills mall • 15 minutes from Lazy S indoor arena • We have a private acreage with 20 acres, an older 26 x 100 barn with 3 box stalls, 3 standing stalls and separate tack & feeding rooms • Each pasture has full access to an auto-waterier that remains at the same temperature regardless of the season • We have several pastures that offer natural shelter • We also have 3 pen areas • We only feed quality grass mix hay (square bails) and can also provide Tiz Wiz to supplement diet. • Outdoor arena approx 100 x 200 • 40ft round pen

BOARDING RATES • Pasture plus - hay/ water / facility use / twice daily viewing $275/month • Stalled option - stalled overnight in inclement weather; facility use, hay/water, daily grain feedings / twice daily viewing $325/month • Pen board - hay/water, daily grain feedings $425/month

NO CHARGE EXTRAS • Horse trailer storage • Tack storage for each horse • Salt & trace mineral blocks provided • Will administer medications or mild wound care when applicable** • Will administer supplements (owner provided) with daily feedings** • Will hold your horse for scheduled farrier services** • Blanket your horse when required**
