We are a facility that specializes in full board clients only. Our full board rate is $575 per month and includes a lot of added extra services and amenities you won't find at our competitors: •10 x 12 stalls with BRAND NEW wall to wall stall mats! •Each stall has it's own operable window with safety bars and a screen •Each stall has it's own light, electrical outlet, and water hose •Horses are turned out ALL DAY , with 24/7 turnout available if requested. 24hr turnout horses are not pasture board, they still have their own stall in case of inclement weather. •Individual or buddy turnout available in paddocks with wood & electric combined fencing for added security •Attached 80x180 indoor arena groomed regularly with brand new dust/heat ceiling exhaust fans. •Outdoor 180x200 sand arena groomed regularly with observation seating •Jump course & Dressage lettering •Wash stall with hot & cold water •Boarders have 24/7 access to visit their horse •Extended riding hours for boarders: 7:30am - 9:30pm everyday •Secure, heated tack room w/ample assigned storage space •If boarder supplies fly spray, masks, & sheets - we will apply them at no additional cost •Fly predators released outside & organic fly deterrent inside •If boarder supplies supplements or feed through medications, we will add to grain daily at no additional cost •RI Horse Weighing will come to the farm for weighing clinics. All boarded horses will be weighed at no additional cost each year. Thank You to Stuart for a successful weighing clinic Oct 17th. Next weighing clinic will be in the spring - date TBD. •We will supply and administer worming pastes to our boarded horses on a rotational 8 week schedule at no additional cost, this will guarantee that all horses within the facility are up to date and on the proper schedule. This includes fall tapeworm care also. •Trainers coming in to work with our boarders will not be charged a ring fee for arena usage •Quality grains fed 2x daily •Quality NY hay fed 3-4x daily, feed is weighed regularly to ensure the proper amount is being fed •We can assist with vet or farrier appointments. •We will supply a blanket change (on/off / switch) each day if needed. •Daily wellness check by staff of all horses upon turnout / turnin •Late night checks on all horses & facility by management •Board discount available! Boarders who pay their board 5 days in advance will enjoy a $25 early payment discount - Pay early and your board is only $550/mo! •We will host monthly special events - cookouts, clinics, schooling shows, & more.
