Martin Downs Equestrian Center features a 200x100ft COVERED and LIT arena, lit oval arena, and jump-course. Daily and nightly turnout, personal tack-lockers, wash-racks on every end of the barn, free trailer parking, free blanketing, live-in personnel, professional management, customizable feed offerings, up to four feedings each day including MANAGER's midnight check. Farm is conveniently located 2 miles from both I-95 and Florida's Turnpike. Bring your trainers or use ours, grooming services available as well. Full Board Box Stall $600 Feed and hay four times a day, individual daily or nightly turnout, fly spray system in barn, stalls cleaned throughout the day, and more.
Full Board Walk-out Stall $650 Box stall with access to walk-out yard at least 12 hours per day.
Private Aisle Walk-Out Stall $700 Box stall with walk-out on new private aisle with electrified yard. Ideal for stallions in training.
Sale Horse Board Full board including “For Sale” Status offering increased exposure and opportunities to market your horse.
Short Term Daily Board ($25 day) Bedded stall with auto-waterer, feeding and cleaning included, (you provide hay and feed) while you enjoy our facilities, trainers, or events.
