Our Sorrento location offers 11 acres of gorgeous, high and dry rolling grass pastures nestled within an equestrian community. The perimeter is fully fenced in 4-board fencing, and the land is divided with new electrobraid fencing. Two 18x21 shelters and trees provide shade and cover. A convenient covered grooming area is available as well as a shed to store hay/grain. Water and electric are available. Ride on the property or on trails around a safe neighborhood. Horses are individually checked twice daily. Located just off Wolf Branch Road and 437. Just minutes from I-4 and toll roads 417 and 429 for easy access to Central FL locations. Pasture board options: 1 - $150/month - no grain, wormer provided every 8 weeks 2 - $200/month - Owner supplies grain and we feed am/pm. Wormer provided every 8 weeks 3 - $300/month - Quality grain provided and fed am/pm, wormed every 8 weeks
Salt blocks provided at no charge. Supplements provided by owner will be fed at no charge for options 2 and 3.
Owner is responsible for administering health care, farrier, grooming and riding of own horse at all times. Negative coggins and current immunizations required. Horses must not have shoes on the back feet and no vices.
