Homey, small-town barn for your horses with four different pastures for your horses and a small holding/working coral. Very friendly atmosphere, not many other people to deal with (1 other boarder and 1 leaser at the moment in time). Your horse(s) will get 24 hour / 7 days a week attention to make sure that they are happy, healthy, and comfortable. The horses get put out 6 days a week (weather providing), and are fed & hayed twice a day. They get brought in at night and are put out in the morining. They are always checked over for injuries, even though they rarely ever happen. We have our own farrier and vet to come out when needed. Stalls are picked everyday as well, and stripped as needed. The stalls are roomy enough for the biggest Thoroughbreds. If wanted, the leaser will be happy to exercise your horse(s) when she heals from a previous injury in a week or so. She can also teach you contesting (barrel racing, pole bending, etc.) if desried. Lessons from her and the owner are available too, but are charged seperately. There's a tack room for your tack, and a wash bay with all of the needed materials provided. The tack room is locked up every night, and the barn is closed up. Water is always available, even out in the pasture. The barns are kept clean. Chairs and tables allow for resting and social breaks when wanted, and there are plently of trees to keep you in the shade. There's a half-mile track and trails to ride on, and when the fields are down everywhere is ridable. If needed, there are also extra saddles and tack to be borrowed if you do not have your own. There's a place to tack up at as well with a rail to tie your horse to if desired. Full board only! Full board includes everything listed here (excpet for the lessons). Feed and hay are included in the full board, so you will not need to buy your own. We feed a 12% feed in ratio to the horses' need.
