I have 4 Brand New Tounge and Groove Stalls that my husband and I just finished! Beautiful and Great Air Flow! The stall is 12x12. This ranch is private! Over 3 acres of grazing for your horse. A lot of room to run! There is 5 horses there now, 3 are mine. This is a very peaceful place. No drama or worries! Full Board includes; AM grain and T&A hay. Turn Out after AM feed. Fresh water EVERY AM. Stall cleaned 2x a day. Fresh bedding every 2 days. Then PM Grain and T&A hay, and top off waters. Bran Mash every Sunday. Full board is $650.00 a month. Semi-Full Board is $550.00, includes everything except you provide your own grain. Then we have a Penny Saver Board where you provide hay, grain and shavings and we do all the work. $450.00 a month!!
