Kilned dry pine shavings Daily stall cleaning 2X a day Paddocks are cleaned daily Private Turnout. 12x12 matted stall with shavings. Plenty of Fresh well water,Heated water buckets. Blanket changes and put fly mask on and off. We have two large paddocks for grass turnouts. All stalls have windows and are matted. Ally way is also now matted.

For lease on Farm Only 16.1 hand solid Bay appaloosa gelding who rides English or Western. Special Terms apply. Must be willing to take one lesson a week by professional trainer/instructor. Picture of horse is above. Written lease agreement will apply. Can do half or full lease.
