Rates are from $100-$400/mo. <br> The Double A Ranch has 40 acres of pasture...not dirt, but pasture with grass. We are 3 miles from the Four Creek National Forest with 10,000 acres of trails. We have a 12,000 square foot barn, four round pens, two large pastures that are double fenced, 2 open pastures with parameter fencing, restroom facilities, 2 bay wash rack, thirty-one 15'x 10' stalls with shavings included for full boarders, full lights in the barn, 200'x 120' training arena, 3'x 5'x 3' personal tack lockers available, 100'x 20' turnout lanes (full boarders only), picnic area, refrigerators for drinks, grooming/farrier area, cross poles in the arena for training, and more. Bring your trailer and keep it here for FREE! Stalls are cleaned daily for sanitation, we have fans in each stall, sliding doors with 4 board front, full board stalls include back door turnout. Boarding prices range from $100-$200 for weanlings, $175-$325 for yearlings and $200-$400/month for ages 2 years and up. We have a 10% multi-horse discount for 2 or more horses.
