IBHA NEW CHARTER IS BEING FORM FOR SOUTH CAROLINA, NORTH CARLOINA, AND GEORGIA. TRI-STATE IBHA. You are being invited to an organization meeting Oct, 17, 2009 At 11.30 am at Circle M Ranch. The ranch is located at 186 Woodville Rd. Pelzer, SC 29669. Direction is on the website www.thecirclemranch.com. It is a must to RSVP by Oct, 12, 2009. Circle M is not charging us for the use of the meeting space. They will have the restaurant open for us. So please help us support them as they are supporting us!
