Bailey is not your typical TB mare, she is not marish, moody or hot! I use her for beginner lessons and my 3 1/2 year old daughter rides her all the time. I am due to have a baby Aug 26th, so anyday now, and I just cannot give Bailey the time she deserves right now. The lease can be month to month and the $250 includes three rides per week (days can differ by week to fit your needs). Small private farm is accepting new full care boarders and students for our lesson program. Full care horse board starts at $500 per month. All stalls are 10x10, fully matted with windows and full stall gates. 60x120 indoor arena, 3 large grass pastures, 2 outdoor washracks and access to trails. Professional care provided to include: 6 day stall cleaning 6 day turn out (all day/ night weather permitting) Quality hay fed 3 times daily and quality grain fed 2 times daily Medications and supplements fed as instructed and supplied by owner Turn out boots used as instructed and supllied by owner Water buckets dumped and scrubbed 2 times a week Full care at $550 includes: 7 day stall cleaning 7 day turn out (all day/ night weather permitting) Quality hay fed 3 times daily and quality grain fed 2 times daily Medications and supplements fed as instructed and supplied by owner Turn out boots used as instructed and supllied by owner Water buckets dumped and scrubbed 2 times a week Blanket changes as needed Our lesson program is a combination of horsemanship and horseback riding. 1 hour private lessons on show quality, privately owned horses.
