Maylonge is a lovely hunter-bred Thoroughbred & approved MMB German Oldenburg Verband mare in foal to the Hanoverian stallion, Montserrat, for an April 2010 foal. Montserrat was the champion of his stallion licensing and more information and video of him can be found at www.1derful.com. Montserrat was imported late in 2007 and his only US foal in 2008 was via frozen semen. His first US colt, Mufasa, was awarded a GOV premium and declared a stallion prospect and FEI prospect. Very impressive for his first US foal! She is by the lovely Hanoverian stallion Rosenthal (Rubinstein/Karon/Woermann), who was the 2007 #1 Dressage Breeding Stallion and #7 Hunter Breeding Stallion for the USEF and is the all-time top leader of premium foals for the Oldenburg Horse Breeders Society. Rueda is out of the MMB German Oldenburg Verband mare, Boston Dancer, who received nice marks at her inspection and produced a lovely foal in 2006 as well. Should mature to 16.2-16.3 hh.<br><br>She is handled daily and well socialized. Bathes, clips, ties, cross ties, loads, and is great for the farrier. Up to date on everything. Geralyn's Pleasure is a 1991 blood bay Jockey Club mare and holds main mare book status with the German Oldenburg Verband (GOV). Geralyn is in foal to the Westfalen stallion, Freestyle, for an April 2010 foal. Geralyn is by Maudlin (Foolish Pleasure), a producer of many excellent race horses, including Mecke and Beautiful Pleasure, as well as several top hunters on the east coast, including Swing Street and Roux. Geralyn is out of the mare, Devine Ribot, by Exclusive Ribot (Ribot). The Ribot line is known for producing excellent eventers and several Ribot descendants competed in the World Equestrian Games in Jeerez. Geralyn produced several race foals, one of which is now a successful hunter in New York, before joining our sporthorse breeding program. <br> <br>Geralyn goes well under saddle for an intermediate rider. She rides well and has never offered to buck/rear/etc, but I wouldn't consider her to be a beginner’s horse. She is currently ridden 3-4 times per week and is going very nicely. We use her for dressage and over fences lessons and she also rides western. Geralyn loads, clips, ties, bathes, and stands well for the vet and farrier.
