Fancy is a beautiful, registered SSH (ID only since she is solid) with a natural and very smooth gait. She would be great for someone who wants a comfortable horse for long trail rides. <br><br>She had one foal in 2008 and is a great mother.<br><br>I have owned her since she was 2 and did most of her training myself. She is UTD on farrier and vet and has a negative coggins. She does well with other horses or alone, ties,bathes and loads with no problems. <br><br>Fancy has been ridden both Western and English. <br><br>Excellent with saddleing and taking the bit/bridle. Never attempted to kick or bit the whole time ive had her. She does neck reign(needs a bit more work) and she does turn also by leg pressure.<br><br>Can be put on a hot walker.<br><br>She does require a simple joint suppliment for some mild arthritis in her tarsal joint.She is not lame because of it.Vet records are available upon request.<br><br>I will take a possible trade for a Paint,Appaloosa or Quarter Horse of equal value.
