Here at Tibbs Highway Horse Farm, we sell only broke, gentle, quality horses that are family-friendly. With over 30 years of experience in the horse industry, we are highly known for honesty and satisfaction. We raise many of our own horses here at our farm. We thrive on having happy, repeat customers who come back and buy again. We want everyone to be safe and happy with their purchases. All of our horses are put through different tests before being offered for sale. All of our horses are ridden 3-5 times weekly. They are ridden down the road, past traffic, with dogs, cats, and other farm animals, over bridges, through water, up and down hills, and on long trail rides. Every horse is ridden alone and in groups. They are stalled in 10 x 10 box stalls and are on a daily feeding program twice a day. We turn our horses out in paddocks a few times a week where they can run and play. We offer salt blocks in each of our paddocks and fresh water at all times. RIDING LESSONS : Tibbs Horse Farm offers Riding Lessons to our customers. Leighanne is a Certified Riding Instructor with over 15 years experience. Leighanne grew up riding cutting and reinging horses, along with taking out trail rides in the State Park in Farmingdale, NJ. Now she has over 7 years of knowledge riding gaited horses. Leighanne has learned about different gaits, pleasure riding, and has been there and done that in the Spotted and Walking Horse Show Ring. Leighanne is also a licensed Spotted Saddle Horse judge and also judges local horse shows daily. We specialize in children and adults of all ages. We have the knowledge and ability to teach you how to ride your Gaited or Quater Horse. Leighanne works with each student one on one, teaching them the basics from grooming and proper care to in-the-saddle balance and correct seat, posture, and hands. Tibbs Horse Farm has their own lesson horses - Calm, gentle, easy to handle and ride. Our horses are used to teach everyone from ages 5 and up the basics of riding. Refrences available. Our customers are always welcome to use their own horses too! Private Lesson Rates: 1/2 Hour Private Lesson $25.00 1 Hour Private Lesson $45.00 TRAINING/BOARD: Along with Riding Lessons, Tibbs Highway Horse Farm also offers Field Board. Our Field Board includes a large Grass Field with 24 hour access to Fresh water, a Run-in Shed, and Hay Rolls. Each horse gets fed a scoop of our special mixture of feed twice daily. This rate varies different times of the year between $150-250 a month. Please contact us for further information. Some full board available if stalls are available for the month. Full board includes a bedded stall cleaned and picked daily, daily feeding and watering. Every horse will always have a hay rack full of grass hay. Stalls are stripped weekly and fully bedded back with 3 wheel barrels full of bedding. Full board is $300 a month. TRAINING FACILITY: We offer Full Board Training on all aged horses. Show prep is also available. Lots of experience with the Spotted Saddle Horse Industry in both Associations. Training includes Full Care Board and Stall. Show prep and shoeing is extra. We specialize in Weanlings, Yearlings, Model Horses, Country Trail and Traditional Trail Pleasure, and Trail Pleasure Horses. Several spots available but they are filling up fast. Please check out our past World and World Grand Champions that we have had the pleasure of owning and showing in the past. Training = $400 month plus shoeing and show prep.

We specialize in Walking and Spotted Saddle Horses. We offer horses for every level rider, price range, etc. We have mares, geldings, stallions, and some colts for sale. We also have gaited ponies ocassionally. Tibbs Highway Horse Farm is located just a 1/2 mile off Route 431 in Petersburg, TN. We are only 20 minutes from Shelbyville, Lewisburg, and Fayetteville, TN. We are also only 40 minutes from Nashville, TN and Huntsville, AL. Easy to find when you are visiting in our area! Visitors are more then welcome :) Plenty of horses to look at - at all times!
