Nine year old Registered Mare. Sweet temperament, Blair is gentle with people and with other horses. Broke to ride walk trot and canter. At home, small children can even ride her, she is not spooky and doesn't try to test her rider. Not a finished show horse, but she has a great foundation. Soft mouth and works off your leg. Has a nice extended trot, and a slower jog. Honest canter under saddle, no buck. Great manners under saddle and in hand, not pushy. Blair is a well seasoned driving horse, and she is not afraid of traffic, even big trucks. She's been driven to town for shopping at Wal-mart. Nice, kind, and obedient mare that is 100 percent healthy and sound. We have her yearling son, he has the same sweet temperament she has. Her yearling son was shown in hand by children at the Haflinger Futurity 2009. Blair is not currently bred, but as a broodmare, she passes on her sensible temperament to her babies.
