Lucy has a great personality. She is easy to --everything catch, halter, tie, saddle, trim, vaccinate, worm, load and unload, mount, never has offered to kick or bite. She is just a great horse. She rides alone or anywhere in a group of horses. She has a nice flat walk or can keep up with a faster pace. She was shown this year at a 4H Fair by a novice rider eleven years old and placed 2nd in showmanship 3rd in horsemanship and pleasure. She had only ridden a dozen times and did great. Lucy stayed happy and friendly the whole week at fair. We can ride her bareback, double, slide off her butt etc. She is good with other horses in the pasture and under saddle. She is an easy keeper that maintains her weight on grass. She hauls quiet and is comfortable going to new surroundings. She unloads easily. She would be a great confidence booster for a new rider or a rider with fear issues.
