Color Me Curly! is dedicated to breeding for the 3 C's of curly horses. Color, conformation, and curl! There are so many curly horses out there, but not enough with a lot of color. Pinto's are even harder to find. That's why we are dedicated to breeding the best horses, to try for the best colors, and of course, curls and conformation do count! Wisper, Black Bashkir Curly For Sale in Wisconsin

Wisper is a 1999 black curly mare, out of Rosie's Gift, and by Colonel's Bay Blaze. She is full ABCR & DNA tested. She stands 14.2hh+ and has perfect conformation. She keeps most of her long mane & all of her tail, all summer long.<br>Wisper was previously broke to ride, but has taken the past few years off as a broodmare. She has excellent ground manners & stands very well for the vet & farrier. We'd like to see her go to a family home where she can be ridden & used. She especially shows an interest in kids, and would make a great 4-H horse. Wisper is a great mother, and a very easy keeper. She has been exposed to a bay & white curly stallion for 2010. Simitar's Burgandy Girl, aka Little Red is a 2009 burgandy-colored curly filly, out of Colonel's Indigo Girl, and by FFS MacSimitar Legacy. She can be registered full-ABCR & also ICHO. She has a tight curly coat & spitfire curls in her mane, and a curly tail. Her only markings are a star & small snip. She has excellent conformation, and is already collecting herself when running in the fields. When someone comes to the pasture she usually whinnies & then runs up to see who it is. Little Red enjoys being groomed and especially likes her chin being scratched. She's a classy little filly who would make a lovely show horse, and a wonderful addition to any family. Chilly is a lovely chestnut curly filly, out of my registered appendix QH mare, and by FFS MacSimitar Legacy, a registered American Bashkir Curly stallion. She was born on January 24, 2009, as a bit of a *surprise* to us. Chilly was heavily imprinted following her birth, and is handled daily. She stands for being blanketed & has also worn leg-warmers when the temperatures get cold at night. This little filly loves attention, and is very curious & friendly. <br>Her dam used to be a show horse, and excelled at English. She was also ridden in Western, game days, parades, and on trail rides. The sire will be starting training soon, and is going to make an awesome western pleasure horse. Chilly has all the makings of a show horse, and the personality to win over anyone. She has picture perfect conformation, and is a quick learner. Chilly should easily mature to 15hh+, and can be registered with ICHO. Shadow, Black Bashkir Curly For Sale in Wisconsin

Sadie's Little Shadow is a little curly pony filly, born October 7th, 2008. As an 8 month old, she stands just 39" (9.3hh) tall. She is a (smoky?) black with a curly coat, and no white markings. The insides of her ears & her legs are lighter colored, so we are wondering if she may be a smoky black. ??? (Sire is a palomino, dam is a chocolate dun.) Shadow should mature 12-12.1hh, and will be registered with ICHO. She has been imprinted, and gets a lot of attention on a daily basis.
