Clean legs, sound with no history of lameness.<br>Tempest is currently 1st place in very competitive Adult Amateur 3'0 division (central east trillium) Has had remarkable success over the past 4 years in the show ring from 2'6-3'0 adults and children hunter divisions, she is always in the ribbons.<br>She is an all-round exceptional hunter, brave & bold over fences with flawless form. She has outstanding scope and the heart to do more, could easily move up or excel in medals/jumper. She is very responsive and an uncomplicated ride, and has an elegant natural movement, has proven success in under saddle classes.<br>Tempest loves her job and is a pleasure to ride and work around at home and shows. She is a classy horse who has absolutely no typical “mare” attitude issues. Easy to clip/bathe/trailer, an all-around pleasant horse to be around.<br>Tempest is an ideal horse for someone who is looking for a stunning hunter mare - ready to move up. Offering quality care for your horse us our first priority. The property boasts nine grass paddocks with safest rubber fencing, gated property with video surveillance. Large bright barn with air exchange/ moisture control. 12X12 rubber lined stalls with windows in every one. Wide safe aisles with plenty of room for cross ties, high ceilings , very wide, safe doors. Heated tackroom/washroom/feedroom and viewingroom/lounge. Large washstall with hot/cold and infrared heat. Outdoor sanding 100X200 with drainage, regularly harrowed. Indoor arena with bright lights and large bright windows with ventilation, not metal siding! Very quiet with dust free sand footing, regulatily harrowed 80'x180'. Jumps in both rings but plenty of room to move around on the flat. Horses are turned out with blankets/boots/flywear individually or in small groups for full or half days, evenings if needed. Individual grain program fed twice daily, hay fed free choice or three times daily with meals and with night check at 10pm. Exersise/ training and lessons available with experienced H/J coach, (certified) shows attended regularly, but we are not a "show barn" we are a comfortable/safe/quiet haven for you and your horse:)
